Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a friendly, efficient, and professional dining experience for all customers. Waiters play a key role in representing the Pedros brand and contributing to a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide excellent customer service at all times
– Take and serve customer orders accurately and timeously
– Stand for extended periods during shifts
– Lift, carry, and move stock items and restaurant equipment
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
– Work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
– Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification
- National Senior Certificate (advantageous)
- Well-developed literacy and numeracy skills
- At least 1 yearโs experience as a waiter (preferred)
- Good eyesight and physical stamina
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus
