About the Role

Adendorff Machinery Mart is seeking a Junior Stock Administrator to join its Head Office team in Aeroton. This role is ideal for a young, motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is ready to build a career within a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll start as part of the travelling stock audit team, assisting with nationwide branch audits and gaining exposure to various departments including sales, warehousing, and administration — with clear opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct weekly stock audits across various Adendorff branches.

– Ensure accurate counting and verification of stock items.

– Investigate discrepancies and report variances to management.

– Maintain a thorough understanding of product codes and part numbers.

– Assist with sales, warehousing, and administrative tasks as required.

– Continuously develop product and systems knowledge.

– Ensure company standards and audit procedures are followed.

Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate (Grade 12) — Mathematics advantageous.
Code B Driver’s Licence (valid and unendorsed).
Own reliable vehicle (essential for travel).
Willingness to travel regularly to outlying branches.
Physically fit and able to handle inventory-related tasks.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
