1. Customer Service Advisor โ€“ Umhlanga (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

– Handle high volumes of calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and accuracy

– Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

– Manage escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures

– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries

– Build strong rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / NQF Level 4
  • Clear criminal & credit record
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
    • Gas & Electricity campaign (essential)
    • Customer service and sales
  • Basic understanding of the UK Energy Market (advantageous)
