1) Registered Nurse: Maternity

Summary: Provide and coordinate high-quality maternity care in line with SANC scope, DOH and National Core Standards.

Minimum qualifications & experience

  • Nursing Degree/Diploma; current SANC registration
  • BLS (essential); Advanced Midwifery (essential)
  • 3+ yearsโ€™ maternity experience (private hospital experience advantageous)
  • Computer literacy

Key duties

  • Lead and deliver antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care
  • Patient advocacy; CPD participation
  • Conduct rounds, maintain accurate clinical records & medication charts
  • Supervise team compliance with policies, safety and quality standards
  • Act as lead professional during labour; identify high-risk pregnancies; educate new mothers

2) Payroll Assistant

Summary: Support bi-weekly payroll for agency employees and ensure accurate payroll records and statutory compliance.

Requirements

  • Diploma in HR or Payroll
  • 2+ yearsโ€™ payroll experience; SAP (essential), Kronos advantageous
  • Strong Excel/administration; labour relations knowledge

Duties

  • Prepare bi-weekly payment schedules & UIF documentation
  • Maintain confidential payroll records (JEM registrations, terminations, maternity, etc.)
  • Reconcile payroll accounts monthly; resolve stakeholder queries; produce timely reports


3) Registered Nurse: Theatre/Scrub (Fixed-Term, 6 months)

Location: Dr G.M. Pitje Day Hospital (Johannesburg)

Requirements

  • Nursing Degree/Diploma; SANC registration; BLS
  • Post-Basic Theatre Operating Technique (advantage)
  • Previous scrub experience (essential); computer literacy advantageous

Duties

  • Deliver peri-operative nursing care per SANC, DOH & National Core Standards
  • Maintain documentation, instrumentation counts, aseptic practice & patient safety
  • Participate in audits (DOH, SHERQ, SANC, Risk)


4) Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary โ€“ Occupational Health (Agency)

Location: Occupational Health Clinic, Selby (Johannesburg)

Requirements

  • Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary qualification; SANC registration; BLS
  • Certificates in audiometry, spirometry & vision screening
  • 3+ yearsโ€™ relevant nursing experience (occupational health/mining advantageous)
  • Admin & computer skills

Duties

  • Provide direct/indirect nursing care under RN supervision; maintain safe, clean environment
  • Accurate clinical charting; capture medical data on system
  • Support patient education and lean, cost-conscious care delivery


5) Registered Nurse โ€“ NICU (x2)

Summary: Provide specialised neonatal intensive care, ensuring compliance with clinical and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Nursing Degree/Diploma; SANC registration
  • Neonatal Nursing Science (essential)
  • BLS plus updated ACLS/PALS/ATLS
  • Post-registration NICU experience; private hospital experience advantageous
  • Computer literacy

Duties

  • Implement and evaluate individualised neonatal care plans
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and medication safety
  • Lead unit rounds; ensure compliance with protocols and risk controls; support audits


6) Head of Talent Management

Summary: Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance frameworks and EVP to attract, grow and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Degree in HRM/Business/Industrial Psychology
  • 5โ€“7 yearsโ€™ HR experience (incl. 3+ years talent development; 1โ€“2 years management)
  • Healthcare sector experience advantageous

Key deliverables

  • Design & execute talent strategies, policies and pipelines
  • Establish performance management framework & KPI cascade
  • Oversee recruitment lifecycle and external partner network
  • Workforce planning insights with HRBPs; governance & statutory reporting
  • Lead talent team; manage budgets; drive cross-functional alignment


7) Site Technical Manager

Location: Clinix Tshepo-Themba Private Hospital
Reports to: Hospital Manager

Summary: Oversee facilities, plant and equipment to ensure uptime, compliance and cost-efficient operations; partner with operations/finance on commercial stability.

Requirements

  • Electrical/Mechanical Diploma (N6/S4) + National Trade Certificate
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ relevant experience; hospital experience non-negotiable

Key duties

  • Daily plant/equipment checks; new installs & upgrades
  • Supervise contractors; enforce CHG standards & HSE compliance
  • Execute O&M plan; streamline processes; build cross-team relationships
  • Monitor costs, prepare monthly ops/budget reports; support audits & statutory compliance
