1) Debtors Clerk

About CFW: CFW Industries designs, manufactures and distributes high-performance fans across industrial, mining, power, marine and HVAC sectors (est. 1966).

What youโ€™ll do

  • Maintain the accounts receivable ledger and allocate payments
  • Send statements/invoices; follow up on outstanding debt
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing queries
  • Produce ageing reports; assist with month-end and credit control

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12); finance/accounting certificate/diploma advantageous
  • Proven AR/debtors experience (Sage X3 advantageous)
  • Accuracy, time management, customer focus, integrity


2) Site Operator

About the role: Join one of CFW Environmentalโ€™s site installation teams working on turnkey ventilation/air systems projects.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Execute daily installation tasks from the Site Managerโ€™s instructions
  • Fit galvanised ducting (elbows, straights, transitions), hoods, silencers, dampers, supports
  • Install axial/centrifugal fans, cyclones, filter units and other plant items
  • Operate hand/power tools; work safely on scaffolding/elevated platforms
  • Assist with removals, progress reporting and on-site problem solving

Requirements

  • Matric; technical/ventilation/mechanical site experience advantageous
  • Read basic drawings; driverโ€™s license preferred
  • Hands-on, punctual, safety-conscious, team player, willing to learn


3) Payroll Officer

Scope: Multi-entity payroll (weekly & monthly) for ~200 employees across the group.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Process hires/terminations/changes; compile payroll journals & reports
  • Ensure MEIBC compliance; handle PAYE/UIF/SDL, EMP201/EMP501 etc.
  • Administer benefits (pension/provident, medical aid, insurance)
  • Maintain records, manage leave tracking and biometric time & attendance
  • Resolve payroll queries; stay current on payroll legislation

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary advantageous; proven payroll experience
  • HR/payroll systems proficiency; strong knowledge of SA labour/tax laws
  • High confidentiality, accuracy, analytical and organisational skills


4) Site Manager โ€“ Installation Engineering

About the role: Lead a site team delivering ventilation installations; partner closely with mechanical engineers, PMs, production and drawing office.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Plan and run daily site operations; meet milestones, quality and HSE standards
  • Attend pre-start site visits; interpret drawings; solve on-site issues fast
  • Arrange equipment (cranes, cherry pickers, scissor lifts, scaffolding)
  • Prepare safety files and enforce compliance; report progress; manage subcontractors

Requirements

  • Matric (tertiary an advantage); proven site management in mechanical/HVAC
  • Read/interpret technical drawings; valid driverโ€™s license; travel as needed
  • Strong organisation, stakeholder communication and problem-solving


5) Sales Operations Manager

Focus: Grow the customer base and strengthen client relationships across industrial ventilation/fans/HVAC applications.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Implement sales strategy; lead internal & external sales activities
  • Own CRM/customer database; analyse markets and sales performance
  • Coordinate with BD, Marketing & Product; manage sales policies/content hub
  • Recruit, train, and lead the sales team; run meetings and forecasting/budgets
  • Oversee quotations, invoicing, follow-ups; support marketing/social media
  • Assign account/product managers; manage pricing; drive new product launches

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification advantageous; proven sales/client-facing experience
  • Bilingual English & Afrikaans; engineering/HVAC exposure advantageous
  • Presentable, technically conversant, results-driven, organised, customer-centric


6) Site Manager โ€“ Installation Engineering (Additional Opening)

A second Site Manager position is available with the same responsibilities and requirements as Role #4 to support additional project teams.
