1) Technician (Tzaneen)

Purpose: Repair and maintain agricultural and related equipment as a service.

Minimum education & experience

  • N2 Qualified Technician
  • 3 yearsโ€™ relevant experience (incl. apprentice training)

Key performance areas

  • Repair & maintenance of tractors/equipment
  • Resolve customer queries within turnaround times; build strong client relationships
  • Update job cards and maintain safe working environment
  • Comply with health & safety regulations

Technical & behavioural

  • Valid driverโ€™s licence; solid tractor/equipment knowledge
  • Good time-keeping and communication
  • Willing to work in hot/outdoor areas; safety conscious; quality focused; accountable; team player; strong customer service

2) Administration Clerk (Middelburg Equipment Agriculture) โ€“ Middelburg

Ref: AO-2046 โ€ข Closing date: 29 Sep 2025

Purpose: Maintain effective administrative functions for the branch.

Minimum education & experience

  • Grade 12
  • 3 years administration experience

Key performance areas

  • Receive/file delivery notes; assist with ad-hoc receiving
  • Ensure documents are processed in correct number sequence
  • Client query resolution and relationship management
  • Daily/weekly/monthly system reports (claims, POs, negative on-hand, etc.)
  • Stock-take support; capture stock counts; variance reporting

Competencies

3) Corporate Social Investment (CSI) Administrator โ€“ Centurion

Ref: AO-2062 โ€ข Closing date: 29 Sep 2025

Purpose: Administer and support delivery of AFGRIโ€™s CSI programmes to ensure compliance, governance and measurable impact.

Minimum requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Development Studies, PR or Communications
  • 2+ years in SED/CSI admin/NGO project support/financial admin
  • Strong invoice processing, payments, reconciliations & statement management
  • Excel proficiency; stakeholder engagement; ability to manage multiple projects
  • Advantageous: BBBEE (SED), Governance, M&E, SAP MM

Key performance areas

  • Administer CSI in line with strategy, legislation & BBBEE
  • Process invoices, track payments, perform reconciliations
  • Maintain records of donations/sponsorships/disbursements
  • Monitor & evaluate funded projects; compile impact reports & audit-ready files
  • Liaise with NPOs/partners/internal stakeholders; support BBBEE verification


4) Sales Clerk (Retail) โ€“ Winterton

Purpose: Ensure effective counter sales and stock control in the retail branch.

Minimum education & experience

  • Grade 12 (Animal Health/AVCASA advantageous)
  • 1 year direct sales experience

Key performance areas

  • Serve walk-in customers; sell full product range (focus: Animal Health)
  • Upsell complementary products; monitor stock levels and place orders
  • Receive stock, verify counts/pricing; conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock counts

Competencies

  • Product knowledge (AFGRI Retail range)

5) Production Planning Clerk โ€“ Isando

Purpose: Assist the Production Manager with scheduling and administrative support according to priorities.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12; computer literate
  • Attention to detail; problem-solving & communication skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, punctual; able to work under pressure

  • Compare batch numbers to Milas
  • Maintain MDWT graphs
  • Schedule production runs
