Overview
Mr Price Money is recruiting eight (8) Call Centre Agents across multiple teams: Customer Service, E-commerce, Mobile, New Accounts, and New Customer Accounts Processing. The successful candidates will handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and webchat, ensuring accurate, efficient, and professional support that enhances the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries across channels (calls, chat, email, WhatsApp).
- Accurately log and update customer information on systems.
- Resolve billing, SIM, product and retail account queries timeously.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and ensure follow-up until resolution.
- Adhere to service standards, POPIA and NCA compliance guidelines.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to boost first-contact resolution.
Additional (New Accounts & Processing):
- Verify employment/personal details on store card applications.
- Process new account applications across all Mr Price Money divisions.
- Request missing documents and review financial information for credit approval.
- Maintain accurate customer database records.
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- At least 1 year of call centre customer support experience.
- Computer literate, multi-channel system proficiency.
- Knowledge of NCA and POPIA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation, resilience and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
