1. Artisan: Fire Protection Systems – Maintain and ensure compliance of fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, gas suppression, and hose reels. Requirements: N4 Mechanical or related, national trade test, SAQCC registration, 2–3 years’ fire system experience.
2. Financial Administrator – Manage ICT capital and operational budgets for BSTD, including procurement, expenditure monitoring, and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Advanced Diploma (NQF7) in Accounting, 2–5 years’ experience.
3. Senior Artisan: Electronics – Install and maintain electronic systems (intermediate level) in building environments. Requirements: Matric, N4 technical qualification, electronics trade test, 3–5 years’ experience.
4. Senior Artisan: Mechanical – Maintain and install mechanical sub-systems in SARB facilities. Requirements: NQF4/N3, Mechanical Fitter trade test, 5–7 years’ technical trade experience.
5. Financial Sector Cybersecurity Consultant – Drive national, regional, and international collaboration for financial sector cyber resilience. Requirements: Honours in Cybersecurity/IT, advanced security certifications, 8–10 years’ experience.
6. Building Management Assistant – Oversee parking management, enforce regulations, and assist in property compliance activities. Requirements: Grade 12, 2–3 years’ property/facility management experience.
7. Hospitality Administrator (x3) – Manage hospitality admin, food safety, and quality systems. Requirements: Higher Certificate (NQF5) in office administration/events/hospitality, 2–5 years’ experience.
8. Senior Finance Business Partner – Provide strategic financial support to SARB departments, ensuring IFRS compliance and effective budgeting. Requirements: CA(SA), 8–10 years’ experience (5 in finance business partnering).
9. Finance Business Partner – Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in line with SARB policy. Requirements: BCom in Accounting, 3–5 years’ experience; CA(SA) advantageous.
10. Senior Artisan: Plumber – Maintain and install plumbing (wet services) systems in SARB facilities. Requirements: Plumbing trade test, NQF5/N4 technical qualification, 3–5 years’ plumbing experience.
11. Manager (Applications – Business Intelligence) – Lead IT business intelligence and analytics resource management. Requirements: Honours in Computer Science, 8–10 years’ IT experience (2 in management, 3 in BI/Analytics).
12. Team Leader: Programme Management Office – Provide governance and oversight for CSD project management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Project Management, 5–7 years’ PM/PMO experience.
13. Senior Team Leader: Insurance and Payments Screening – Manage SARB Group insurance portfolios and payment screening. Requirements: Honours in Commerce/Insurance/Risk, 8–10 years’ insurance experience; CA(SA) advantageous.
14. Associate Supervisory Framework Analyst – Develop and refine supervisory frameworks for PA-regulated financial institutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Commerce/Compliance/Law, 5 years’ experience in regulation/compliance/risk.
15. Robotic Process Automation Engineer – Design, configure, and support automated processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s (NQF7) in Engineering or equivalent, 3–5 years’ RPA experience.
16. Manager: Security Integrity Management – Oversee security investigations, integrity management, and due diligence processes. Requirements: Honours in Political Science/Strategy/International Relations, 8+ years’ security management experience.
17. Manager – Financial Markets Infrastructure Supervision – Lead supervision of prudential regulated financial market infrastructures (FMIs). Requirements: Postgraduate (NQF8) in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Risk, 10 years’ FMI experience, 2 years’ management experience.
