  1. Graduate Technical Engineer (North West) โ€“ Support tailings technical risk management across multiple TSFs, conduct inspections, assist with audits, and mentor junior engineers. Requirements: BTech/BSc in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, MRD 101, ECSA candidate registration, 2โ€“4 yearsโ€™ tailings experience. Closing Date: 18 Aug 2025.
  2. Legal Graduate (Gauteng) โ€“ Participate in contract management, policy design, tender processes, and legal risk assessment. Requirements: LLB or equivalent, driverโ€™s licence, unemployed, eager to learn. Closing Date: 15 Aug 2025.
  3. Gun Operator (Zambia) โ€“ Operate high-pressure water guns for slurry creation and pumping; perform inspections and safety checks. Requirements: Grade 12, 1+ year relevant experience, physically fit, mining background advantageous. Closing Date: 15 Aug 2025.
  4. General Worker X3 (North West) โ€“ Assist with tailings deposition operations, inspections, housekeeping, and valve operations. Requirements: Grade 12, 0โ€“2 yearsโ€™ experience, tailings experience advantageous.
  5. Process Foreman (Mpumalanga) โ€“ Supervise plant operations to achieve production and quality targets, ensure SHE compliance, and manage shift performance. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering, 5 years coal plant experience, 3 yearsโ€™ supervisory experience. Closing Date: 15 Aug 2025.
  6. Cost and Management Accountant (Fixed-Term) (Gauteng) โ€“ Analyse costs, prepare budgets, conduct variance analysis, and manage a finance team. Requirements: CIMA/CGMA, BCom Accounting with Articles, 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in mining/construction, SAGE ERP knowledge. Closing Date: 15 Aug 2025.
  7. Team Leader (North West) โ€“ Supervise a tailings team, ensure safety compliance, maintain discipline, and meet production targets. Requirements: Grade 12, 2 yearsโ€™ tailings experience, leadership ability.
  8. Superintendent (North West) โ€“ Oversee technical and operational aspects of tailings projects, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Diploma/BTech in Civil/Industrial/Metallurgy, 3+ yearsโ€™ tailings management experience.
  9. Operations Supervisor (North West) โ€“ Manage on-site operational activities, ensure safety compliance, supervise teams, and support project goals. Requirements: National Diploma/BTech in Civil/Industrial/Metallurgy, 1โ€“2 yearsโ€™ tailings or construction experience.
  10. Engineering Foreman (Mpumalanga) โ€“ Manage electrical maintenance and repairs for processing plant equipment, oversee teams, and ensure equipment reliability. Requirements: N3 Electrical Engineering, Trade Test, 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ artisan experience, 3 yearsโ€™ management experience. Closing Date: 23 Jul 2025.
