  3. Healthcare Intake Specialist โ€“ USD $1,150 โ€“ $1,220
  4. Client Relations Support Specialist โ€“ USD $1,150 โ€“ $1,220

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients through services and intake processes.
  • Send agreements, invoices, and follow up to ensure timely responses.
  • Manage insurance billing, follow-ups, and liaise with insurance companies.
  • Verify client or patient details and maintain accurate records.
  • Support social media, administrative, and document management tasks.
  • Draft legal documents and conduct legal research when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements & Skills

General Requirements:

  • 1โ€“3 years of relevant professional experience (depending on role).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Own PC/laptop, headset, and reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
  • Quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work.

Working Schedules & Time Zones

  • Sales and Intake Coordinator: EST (US) โ€“ Hours vary by client.
  • Intake Specialist & Healthcare Support: Monโ€“Fri, 5:00 AM โ€“ 2:00 PM PST.
  • Healthcare Intake Specialist: Monโ€“Fri, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM PST.
  • Client Relations Support Specialist: Monโ€“Fri, 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM EST.
