1. Contact Centre Agent
Location: Centurion

Overview:
Serve as the first point of contact for SACAA clients by handling inbound calls, logging client interactions, and ensuring excellent service delivery in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Grade 12 + National Diploma in Business/Consumer Studies/Marketing
- 2โ3 yearsโ experience in a call centre or client services
- CRM systems and quality-assurance knowledge advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 50โ70 inbound calls daily
- Log and track client interactions in the CRM
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams

2. Administration Officer (Fixed-Term Contract)

4. Testing Standards Officer Pilot

Responsible for oversight of pilot training, licensing standards, and approval of training organisations.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 + Commercial Pilot License with Grade II Instructor Rating
- Ideal: Airline Transport Pilot License with Grade I Instructor Rating

- B Proc or LLB, admitted as Legal Practitioner (Attorney/Advocate)

- 5 yearsโ post-admission legal experience (statutes interpretation, litigation, commercial law)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve on SACAA committees and provide legal inputs
- Draft legal opinions and recommend courses of action
