What You’ll Do

– Welcome customers warmly and ensure they receive outstanding service.

– Operate tills, scanners, and card machines efficiently and accurately.

– Assist with stock control, pricing, and merchandising of products.

– Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

– Perform basic administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and daily reports.

– Support the team with restocking and general store duties.

– Work shifts and weekends as required.

Minimum Requirements

Hard Skills:

Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
Experience using electronic retail equipment (tills, scanners, POS systems).
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy and stock control knowledge are advantageous.

Soft Skills:

A positive attitude and a big smile!
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
A genuine passion for helping people and delivering quality service.
