Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

– Greet every customer within 30 seconds of entering the store.

– Deliver outstanding service by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.

– Demonstrate product features and close sales confidently.

– Promote add-on sales and turn first-time buyers into loyal Crocs fans.

– Track personal sales against daily targets.

Inventory Management

Replenish stock daily and maintain accurate records in the POS system.
Process deliveries — including checking invoices, tagging, and pricing stock.
Prevent shrinkage and follow store security procedures.

Store Operations

Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming store environment.
Assist the manager with opening and closing duties.
Uphold company hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Merchandising & Training

– Ensure displays meet Crocs’ visual standards.

– Replenish sizes and assist with mannequin and window changes.

– Attend quarterly training and mentorship sessions to improve retail knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of Crocs products (advantageous).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
