1. Assistant Manager โ€“ Finance

  • Key Duties: Month-end closing, journal posting, revenue analysis, intercompany reconciliations, cash flow management, financial statement preparation, statutory audits, regulatory filings, and board reporting.
  • Requirements: Recently qualified CA(SA) with audit training, strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills, ability to work independently and in a team.

2. Administrator โ€“ Company Secretary

  • Key Duties: Meeting coordination, drafting minutes, statutory filings, maintaining registers, governance documentation, and client liaison.
  • Requirements: Minimum 1 year in corporate administration/company secretarial role, knowledge of governance processes, MS Office proficiency, excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

3. Senior Administrator (Market Data)

  • Key Duties: Load market trades, process corporate actions, maintain static data, assist with onboarding/closures of funds, mentor junior team members, automate processes, assist with system upgrades.
  • Requirements: BCom/BSc, strong financial markets knowledge, troubleshooting skills, advanced Excel, analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure.

4. Senior Dealing Administrator

  • Key Duties: CIS dealing, forex trades, money market transactions, portfolio administration, managing dealing inbox, and resolving fund queries.
  • Requirements: Relevant degree, 3+ yearsโ€™ experience in a similar role, good understanding of unit trusts and investments, attention to detail, Excel skills essential.

5. Specialist โ€“ Investment Compliance Support Services

  • Key Duties: Regulatory and mandate compliance reporting, interpretation of legislation, maintaining compliance rules on NX Manager, data checks, troubleshooting classification issues, client support.
  • Requirements: BCom or equivalent, 4โ€“5 years fund administration/compliance experience, Compliance Certificate, strong regulatory knowledge (Reg 28, CISCA, etc.), excellent Excel and analytical skills.

6. Associate (12-Month Internship Programme)

  • Key Duties: Gain hands-on experience in Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, or Investments. Support operational tasks while receiving mentorship and training.
  • Requirements: Recently completed degree in Finance/Accounting/HR/IT/Legal/Marketing, no work experience required. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

7. L2 Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst

  • Key Duties: Monitor and triage cybersecurity alerts, investigate incidents, escalate threats, document findings, support SOC processes, and collaborate on detection logic improvements.
  • Requirements: 2โ€“3 years SOC experience, strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK), familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Mimecast, ServiceNow, and preferred certifications like Security+, SC-200, or SANS GIAC.

8. Manager โ€“ Identity & Access Governance

  • Key Duties: Lead enterprise-wide identity & access governance, manage IAM/PAM analysts, enforce access policies, drive compliance with SOX/GDPR, oversee audits, and contribute to IAM technology adoption.
  • Requirements: 5โ€“7 years IAM experience (2+ in leadership), hands-on with CyberArk, Azure AD, Okta; strong regulatory knowledge, CISSP/CISM/CIAM certifications advantageous.

9. Field Marketing Manager

  • Key Duties: Manage regional marketing activities, events, campaigns, sales enablement, CRM training, liaise with regional heads, ensure brand compliance, and provide market insights for global strategy.
  • Requirements: Experience in field/regional marketing, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, knowledge of digital tools, ability to execute demand-generation and brand campaigns.

10. Senior Finance Manager โ€“ Group Finance & Accounting

  • Key Duties: Oversee financial outputs, manage finance teams, ensure timely and accurate reporting, collaborate on treasury, budgets, statutory reporting, compliance with IFRS, and improve financial processes.
  • Requirements: CA(SA), 5+ years post-articles experience (Financial Services preferred), 3+ years in management, multi-company/multi-currency exposure, strong financial modeling, cash flow, budgeting, and IFRS expertise.
