Overview
VKB Group, a leading and proudly South African agribusiness, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join its Procurement Department in Bethlehem, Free State.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality administrative support within the Procurement Department.
– Create, update, and maintain supplier and price lists accurately.
– Assist with invoicing, reconciliation, and claim processing for internal and external stakeholders.
– Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and transaction flow.
– Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to ensure product availability.
– Analyze supplier and procurement data to support informed decision-making.
– Identify and report operational risks and assist in improving processes.
– Maintain compliance with VKBโs internal controls, policies, and procedures.
– Perform additional administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification.
- 1โ2 yearsโ experience in procurement or administrative support (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
