Overview

Prestige Cosmetics Group (PCG), a leading distributor of international luxury fragrance and cosmetic brands, is seeking passionate and customer-focused Fragrance/Cosmetics Promoters to join its dynamic retail team in Cape Town.

This role is ideal for individuals who love beauty, style, and customer engagement, and who can confidently represent high-end international brands in a fast-paced retail environment. As a promoter, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, building brand awareness, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

– Demonstrate and provide detailed information on products to customers.

– Lead customers through the purchasing process to successfully close sales.

– Achieve daily and monthly unit sales targets.

– Create product awareness through demonstrations, samples, and recommendations.

– Provide consistent, high-quality service and ensure each customer has a memorable experience.

– Use your expertise to make fragrance and cosmetics recommendations suited to client preferences.

– Maintain in-depth knowledge of product ranges and promotions.

Brand Representation

Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing the luxury image and standards of each brand.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards meet retailer requirements.
Maintain visual display and merchandising excellence at all times.
Promote the brand identity and uphold company values in every interaction.

Teamwork & Collaboration

Work harmoniously with colleagues and store management to achieve shared goals.
Foster a positive, professional atmosphere within the retail environment.
Uphold company ethics, policies, and values at all times.

Administration & Reporting

Submit daily sales updates and product feedback as required.
Provide photo updates or display reports when necessary.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding stock, promotions, or customer insights.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
Proven experience as a Promoter or Sales Consultant in a retail or cosmetics environment (advantageous).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with passion for beauty, fragrance, and luxury retail.
Must be willing to work weekends, shifts, and across multiple mall locations.
Not open to full-time or part-time students.
