Overview
Power Construction (Pty) Ltd, a leading group in the Construction and Building industry, is offering an exciting opportunity for Administrative Interns to gain valuable workplace experience at its Head Office in Blackheath, Cape Town.
This internship is ideal for students or graduates who require work-integrated learning (WIL) to complete their qualifications and are eager to develop professional administrative and office management skills in a reputable company that values growth, excellence, and equity.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide administrative support to the Services Division and Head Office departments.
– Assist with data entry, document filing, and general office coordination.
– Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other records as required.
– Support departmental functions, meetings, and communication tasks.
– Maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information.
– Uphold company standards for accuracy, professionalism, and integrity in all administrative duties.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or NCV in Office Administration.
- N4โN6 qualification in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Financial Management.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must require Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete a qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
Added Advantages:
- Previous clerical or administrative work experience.
- Accounting as a subject in Grade 12.
