Overview

Pedros, one of South Africaโ€™s fastest-growing restaurant brands, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join its Stores Division in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal.

As the friendly voice behind every customer interaction, youโ€™ll ensure that each call is handled with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy โ€” from placing orders to resolving queries. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering exceptional service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

– Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.

– Provide accurate and detailed descriptions of menu items, specials, and restaurant services.

– Take and process delivery and collection orders, ensuring details are captured correctly.

– Communicate with restaurant branches to coordinate order preparation and fulfillment.

– Modify existing orders and manage special customer requests efficiently.

– Upsell and cross-sell menu items, beverages, and promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

– Maintain a strong knowledge of Pedrosโ€™ menu, policies, and service standards.

– Ensure every customer interaction contributes to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
  • Computer literate with excellent data entry accuracy.
  • Experience handling inbound calls in a Call Centre or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Friendly, polite, and professional phone manner.
