Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations using professional selling techniques.
  • Maximise sales opportunities to achieve and surpass individual and store targets.
  • Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards to reflect the Old Khaki brand.
  • Handle transactions efficiently โ€“ process cash, card, vouchers, and loyalty rewards accurately.
  • Manage stock control and adhere to store security and loss prevention protocols.
  • Build professional and friendly relationships with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Report customer compliments or complaints to store management promptly.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion and lifestyle trends relevant to the Old Khaki brand.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Up to 6 months retail or customer service experience.
  • South African citizen (or valid work permit).
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Advantageous:

  • 1 year of experience in a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of clothing trends or outdoor lifestyle brands.
