What youโ€™ll do

Direct sales & service

  • Call prospective and existing customers to present insurance, credit, or mobile products.
  • Use approved scripts to explain features, pricing, and Ts&Cs; answer questions and close sales.
  • Guide customers through the purchase/activation process and capture interactions accurately.
  • Uphold FAIS, FICA, NCA and POPIA standards and meet call quality SLAs.

Data & compliance

  • Update customer personal, employment and contact details to ensure right-party contact.
  • Record all sales and service notes on the customer debtor system (CDS).

Targets

  • Hit daily/weekly sales KPIs and contribute to team conversion goals.

Minimum requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • โ‰ฅ 1 year proven telesales/call centre sales experience (life insurance sales experience is a strong plus for the Insurance role).
  • RE5 & FAIS certifications: strong advantage (Insurance).
  • Solid understanding of FSB/FSCA compliance, Code of Conduct, NCA and POPIA.
  • Excellent verbal communication, computer literate, resilient and target-driven.
  • Comfortable working toward KPIs in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
