Direct sales & service

Call prospective and existing customers to present insurance, credit, or mobile products.
Use approved scripts to explain features, pricing, and Ts&Cs; answer questions and close sales.
Guide customers through the purchase/activation process and capture interactions accurately.
Uphold FAIS, FICA, NCA and POPIA standards and meet call quality SLAs.

Data & compliance

Update customer personal, employment and contact details to ensure right-party contact.
Record all sales and service notes on the customer debtor system (CDS).

Matric (Grade 12).
≥ 1 year proven telesales/call centre sales experience (life insurance sales experience is a strong plus for the Insurance role).
RE5 & FAIS certifications: strong advantage (Insurance).
Solid understanding of FSB/FSCA compliance, Code of Conduct, NCA and POPIA.
Excellent verbal communication, computer literate, resilient and target-driven.
Comfortable working toward KPIs in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.
