Overview
Adendorff Machinery Mart has exciting opportunities for Retail Shop Assistants (x3) across its Edenvale, Nelspruit, and Vereeniging branches. These roles are ideal for young, dynamic, and customer-focused individuals eager to build a long-term career in tools, hardware, and machinery sales.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing stock, and contributing to the smooth running of branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
– Assist with sales, merchandising, and stock control.
– Participate in stock taking and ensure branch procedures are followed.
– Support day-to-day operations, including handling customer queries.
– Promote and maintain a professional retail environment.
Requirements & Skills
- Senior Certificate (Matric) – minimum requirement.
- Previous retail sales and merchandising experience advantageous.
- Experience in stock control and branch procedures.
- Knowledge of DIY tools, hardware, or machinery highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, honesty, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
