Overview

Atlas Finance is recruiting Consultants to support clients with responsible access to credit solutions while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company policies. The role is customer-facing, sales- and collections-focused, and requires meticulous record-keeping and professional service delivery in-branch.

Key Responsibilities

– Promote Atlas Finance credit products and meet monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

– Action collections procedures and follow up on instalments to achieve monthly collections targets.

– Process applications in line with Regulatory and Policy requirements; verify documents and affordability.

– Maintain accurate records, files, and branch housekeeping standards.

– Deliver friendly, professional service to internal and external customers at all times.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
Experience: 2 years in the microfinance industry.
Technical: Mathematical literacy; computer-literate with accurate data capture skills.
Competencies: Target and service orientation, strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, ethical conduct, teamwork, and problem-solving.
