Objective: Frontline support to SANRAL customersโqueries, transactions, eTags, ABT/mobile app assistanceโdriving positive CX and toll compliance.
Minimum: NQF 5 Higher Certificate (Business Admin/Customer Service/Call Centre/Retail/Office Admin); 3 yrs customer-facing experience; SAQA equivalence where applicable.
Core competencies: CRM/VoIP & digital tools; SANRAL products/processes (registration, billing, dispute resolution); clear empathetic communication; time management; problem-solving; customer relationship management.

Objective: Provide coordination and admin support across ICT projects and contractsโdashboards, reporting, vendor support, governance.

Objective: National leadership of structures (bridges, culverts, hydraulics)โdesign, construction, maintenance & rehabilitation; central policy/standards; specialist advisory across regions and to external bodies.
Minimum: NQF 8 BEng/BSc (Civil โ Structures) + PrEng (ECSA); 10 yrs bridge engineering (incl. 5 yrs TMH7 design); 5 yrs managerial/3 yrs leadership; travel to regions/sites.
Advantageous: Consulting background; COTO Bridge Inspector/Senior Bridge Inspector; experience beyond minimums.
