Overview

Foschini (part of TFG’s portfolio of 34 specialty lifestyle and apparel brands) is seeking a Cellular Specialist (40hr) for the Tygervalley store. The role focuses on delivering a standout customer experience in mobile technology, growing cellular sales, executing high operational and visual standards, and ensuring accurate administration.

Key Responsibilities

Stay up to date with the latest mobile and tech products; confidently demonstrate features and benefits.
Drive cellular sales turnover and manage the end-to-end sales process.
Deliver a customer-centric, premium brand experience on the floor and at point of sale.
Implement and maintain visual display principles for the cellular department.
Uphold high operational standards, stock care, ticketing, pricing and housekeeping.
Perform accurate admin and process compliance (assets, paperwork, systems).
Contribute to store targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and upselling.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and a healthy client base.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric).

Experience

Retail cellular experience (essential)—knowledge across multiple mobile brands and accessories.

Skills & Attributes

Knowledge of a variety of mobile products and plans.
Computer literate; comfortable with retail systems and admin.
Customer-centric, persuasive communicator, solutions-driven.
Able to work flexible retail hours (including weekends/holidays).
Strong planning, organising and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail; takes initiative; works independently and in a team.
Strengths in: Customer Service Delivery, Strategic Sales Planning, Managing the Sales Process, Customer Value Management.
