Overview
Clicks’ Youth Employment Programme (YEP) gives unemployed youth structured classroom learning plus in-store work experience in a Clicks retail environment. It’s designed to build core retail skills (customer service, POS basics, merchandising and teamwork) and a pathway into retail careers.

Minimum requirements

• South African citizen, 18–29 years old
• Matric/Grade 12
• Currently unemployed
• Good communication & interpersonal skills; willing to learn and work retail hours (weekends/holidays)

Key exposure you’ll gain

• Customer service at the point of sale (POS) and basic cash-handling
• Merchandising, stock rotation and on-shelf availability
• Teamwork, store operations and workplace professionalism
