Employer: South African National Parks (SANParks)
Location: Namaqua National Park (incumbent must reside outside the park)
Contract: Fixed term to 31 Mar 2027 (renewal by mutual agreement)
Grade / Pay: Paterson B4; approx R12,414.41 p/m + R2,559.55 housing allowance; own accommodation required.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Assist with project planning and day-to-day field delivery.
  • Mentor and coordinate EPWP contractors; track production/quality on task-based work.
  • Enforce programme standards and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Map and record field data; compile progress reports; liaise with stakeholders.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF 4 and Code 08 driverโ€™s licence.
  • MS Office literacy.
  • 2 yearsโ€™ experience working with contracting teams/personnel management.
  • Proven health & safety compliance experience.
  • Soil/land rehabilitation techniques experience (essential).
