Overview

TFG, is inviting applications for the YES Youth Opportunity Programme. This initiative provides young South Africans with an entry point into the retail industry, offering valuable work experience and personal growth opportunities over a 12-month period.

Entry Requirements

  • South African youth aged 18โ€“28 years old.
  • Minimum education: Grade 10 (Matric/Grade 12 preferable).
  • Available and willing to work on a fixed-term 12-month contract.
  • Not permanently employed with one employer for more than one year.
  • Not studying full-time during the contract period (April 2025 โ€“ March 2026).
  • Must not have previously participated in the YES Programme.
  • Accommodation and transport are the applicantโ€™s responsibility.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in retail operations while gaining practical work experience.
  • Deliver excellent customer service within TFG stores.
  • Support store activities including sales, merchandising, and customer engagement.
