Key Responsibilities
- Carry out advanced cleaning tasks in offices, boardrooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas.
- Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment effectively.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and chemical handling.
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization duties when required.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support and mentor junior cleaning staff where necessary.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Matric/Grade 12 or relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of cleaning experience (corporate or commercial environment preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling practices.
- Strong attention to detail with high hygiene standards.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions effectively.
