Overview
getWorth, part of Motus Corporation, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within its office and warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across office and warehouse areas.
– Develop and follow cleaning routines to ensure all areas are consistently clean.
– Ensure canteen and restroom areas are clean, stocked, and well maintained.
– Perform cleaning duties throughout the day as required.
– Use the correct cleaning materials and equipment for each task.
– Display wet floor signage when cleaning to ensure safety.
– Assist staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
– Perform any additional cleaning duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 yearsโ experience in a cleaning or similar environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
- Additional languages such as Xitsonga, isiZulu, or Afrikaans will be an advantage.
- Contactable references.
- Clear criminal record.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Working Hours
- 6-day work week (45 hours), including Saturdays.
- Public holidays may be required on a rotational basis.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic salary: R72 740 per annum
