BKB Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Admin Intern to support the Humansdorp Livestock Team. This internship is ideal for an N6 Business Administration student who requires workplace experience to complete their qualification. Key Responsibilities

– Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the livestock team

– Capture and distribute invoices, credit notes, and related documents

– Assist with the administration and reconciliation of auctions

– Maintain updated client lists and auction programs

– Process amendments for upcoming auctions

– Manage receptionist duties when required

– Perform general administrative and filing duties


Minimum Requirements

  • Currently completing N6: Business Administration (or equivalent) and seeking experiential training
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Valid driverโ€™s licence
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle pressure
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and maintain high attention to detail
