Overview
TWK Agri is recruiting a Floor Advisor to join the Trade Division at its Kokstad Retail branch. This role focuses on delivering expert customer support, managing stock on the sales floor, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide customers with product advice, especially on agricultural inputs
– Assist with ordering, merchandising, and selling stock
– Perform monthly stock control checks and participate in stock counts
– Manage the sorting, handling, and storage of goods
– Maintain store standards and comply with Health & Safety requirements
– Assist customers professionally on the sales floor
– Work overtime when required
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Agricultural-related qualification (advantageous)
- Strong product knowledge of input products and veterinary medicine
- General farming knowledge
- Excellent marketing and customer service skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Valid Code 08 Driverโs Licence
- Willingness to travel
