Overview

Motus Corporation, representing Kia South Africa (IMFRG), is recruiting 32 Vehicle Sales Executives (New and Pre-Owned) across multiple dealerships nationwide.

Successful candidates will be responsible for generating and closing vehicle sales, processing transactions accurately and on time, and delivering an excellent, compliant customer experience in line with Motus and Kia standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Processes & Governance

– Sell new or pre-owned Kia vehicles and meet or exceed agreed sales targets.

– Process all vehicle sales transactions accurately, timeously and according to standard operating procedures.

– Identify and apply known solutions to day-to-day operational issues and escalate unresolved problems.

– Capture and report sales activities and pipeline information to support management decision-making.

– Execute all work in line with internal governance, FICA, POPIA and the Consumer Protection Act.

– Follow up all leads and enquiries, convert prospects into test drives and sales, and maintain an active sales pipeline.

– Negotiate pricing within approved structures, finalise deals and ensure all paperwork is fully and correctly completed.

– Support and participate in dealership marketing and sales campaigns to grow new and pre-owned vehicle volumes.

– Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally, protecting the dealership and brand reputation.

Customer Experience

Provide professional advice and guidance tailored to each customer’s needs and budget.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Deliver a high-quality, customer-centric experience at every stage of the sales process.
Act as a brand ambassador for Kia and Motus, upholding all customer service standards.

Finance & Risk

Follow all finance and insurance processes to reduce risk and prevent losses.
Ensure accurate documentation, deal files and supporting paperwork to enable clean audits and timeous payouts.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
2–5 years’ experience in a similar vehicle sales role (new or pre-owned) within a franchised dealership environment.
Valid South African driver’s licence.

Skills & Personal Attributes

Strong new and/or pre-owned vehicle sales skills with a proven track record.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling ability.
Solid product knowledge (vehicles, features, finance options) or clear ability to learn quickly.
High levels of integrity, trustworthiness and professionalism.
Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working with monthly sales KPIs.
Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
