About the Role

Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for Store Assistants (x4) to join its energetic retail teams across Limpopo and Gauteng. These roles are ideal for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a results-driven environment. Successful candidates will help customers find the right products, maintain store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist customers on the sales floor and ensure exceptional service delivery.

– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

– Perform sales and merchandising activities to maximise store performance.

– Maintain store presentation and stock displays according to company standards.

– Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

– Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

– Support management with daily store operations as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (essential).
6–12 months retail or sales experience preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Energetic, confident, and self-driven personality.
