Overview

Key Responsibilities

-Promote and sell Thusong’s financial products and services to new and existing clients.

-Build and nurture lasting relationships within your assigned community.

-Identify potential markets and growth opportunities to expand customer reach.

-Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and organisational objectives.

-Represent Thusong Financial Services with professionalism, integrity, and community engagement.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum Requirements:

–Diploma in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

-Previous experience in sales, client relations, or financial services (advantageous).

-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet targets.

-Ability to work independently while maintaining a results-driven approach.
