Campus: John Knox Bokwe โ€ข Ref: JKBG 01/25 โ€ข Permanent

Requirements: Grade 10/NCV L2; โ‰ฅ1 year in a similar cleaning/grounds role; ability to work with students, staff, public.
Key duties: Grounds & garden care (mowing, gutters, tree trimming), basic building upkeep (painting/varnishing, minor repairs), refuse removal, asset moves, event setups, equipment care, vehicle washing, opening/closing venues, report vandalism.
Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, ability to work under pressure/with minimal supervision, willingness for after-hours and inter-campus work, follow instructions.

Key duties: Oversee cleaning of offices/common areas; maintain/replace equipment; requisition & issue materials; supervise cleaners; admin & roster management; guidance & training.
Competencies: People & office management, administration, communication (verbal/written), planning & organising, problem-solving, computer literacy (advantage), ability to work under pressure/after hours and across campuses.

Requirements: Matric/NCV L4 plus relevant training/qualification; computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet); basic records-management knowledge; TVET experience advantageous; fluent written & spoken communication.
Key duties: Full secretarial & clerical support to the Deputy Principal: diary & travel, meeting setup, minutes, document drafting, invoices & T&S processing, filing & records, stationery/refreshments procurement, leave & telephone account admin; keep up-to-date with applicable prescripts/policies.
Competencies: Excellent telephone etiquette, organisation, people skills, discretion, reliability, professional presentation, confidentiality, sound written communication.
