Overview

Retail stores across multiple provinces are recruiting General Assistants / Cashiers to support daily store operations. These roles involve assisting customers, merchandising products, maintaining store standards, and handling cashier duties where required. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with queries

– Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked store environments

– Pack shelves and merchandise products according to company standards

– Check product quality, rotate stock, and remove expired items

– Prevent stock losses, damages, and shrinkage

– Ensure correct pricing and labelling of products

– Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all areas

– Operate and clean equipment as required

– Promote products and assist with sales

– Perform cashier duties including handling transactions (where applicable)

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for retail and teamwork
Proficient in English
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
