Overview
VKB Group is currently recruiting a General Worker (Floor) for its SPAR store in Postmasburg. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the store floor remains clean, well-stocked, and organised at all times, contributing to excellent customer service and a professional shopping environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards across the store floor.
– Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised according to store layouts.
– Assist with stock counting and ordering when required.
– Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
– Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks.
– Work effectively as part of a team.
– Adapt to changing work conditions and operational needs.
– Maintain a neat, punctual, and professional appearance at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification.
- Good communication skills.
- Clean criminal record.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
- Ability to deliver good customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
