Role Purpose
To maximise sales opportunities within the iStore by delivering hands-on demonstrations of Apple products and creating exceptional customer experiences. Consultants are responsible for understanding customer needs and presenting complete Apple solutions.
Key Responsibilities
– Proactively approach and engage customers
– Provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple products and services
– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
– Drive sales performance and meet store targets
– Deliver outstanding customer service
– Maintain strong product knowledge
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Matric / Senior Certificate
- Sales experience (retail preferred)
- Passion for and knowledge of Apple products
- Strong communication skills
- Telecommunications experience (advantageous)
