Key Responsibilities
– Deliver exceptional customer service using effective selling techniques
– Meet and exceed individual sales targets consistently
– Identify opportunities to increase sales and store turnover
– Maintain strong stock loss control practices
– Uphold housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
– Create a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months retail experience
- Clear criminal record
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of current fashion and lifestyle trends (advantageous)
