Job Overview

Pedros is opening a new store in Bronkhorstspruit and is looking for enthusiastic Waitrons to join the launch team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and want to grow with a well-established and expanding brand.

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality dine-in service by ensuring customers receive friendly, efficient, and professional service throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

– Welcome and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner

– Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions

– Take accurate food and beverage orders

– Serve meals and beverages promptly and correctly

– Check customer satisfaction during service and respond to requests

– Clear and reset tables efficiently

– Process customer payments when required

– Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas

– Work closely with kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or waitron experience (advantageous)
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
