Role Overview

Fidelity Cash Solutions is recruiting a CIT Driver / Crewman for its Welkom branch. This role carries full responsibility for the secure collection and delivery of clients’ cash, while ensuring strict compliance with security procedures, safety standards, and operational protocols. The successful candidate must be vigilant, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

– Collect and deliver clients’ money safely and efficiently

– Take full accountability for cash-in-transit operations

– Maintain constant radio communication with controllers

– Identify, prevent, and report security incidents or suspicious activities

– Report all delays and incidents to the Branch Manager immediately

– Apply preventative measures to reduce risk during operations

Minimum Requirements

Clear criminal record
Valid Driver’s Licence with PDP
PSIRA registration (minimum Grade C)
Completed CIT Certificate
SAPS firearm competency certificate
Completed firearm training (handgun and rifle)
Tactical combat training
Clear credit record
Minimum 3 years’ experience in CIT driving and crew functions
Previous experience in the security industry or a similar environment
