Pedros is opening a new restaurant in Thohoyandou and is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashiers to join the launch team. Purpose of the Role

To deliver efficient, accurate, and friendly front-counter service by processing customer transactions and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

– Accurately process customer orders and payments

– Operate POS systems and resolve basic transaction issues

– Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly

– Issue receipts and manage refunds or exchanges when required

– Promote specials and upsell menu items

– Manage customer queues efficiently during peak periods

– Respond to basic customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area

– Balance cash and complete end-of-shift reports

– Safeguard company assets and assist in loss prevention
