About the Role

RPO Recruitment is seeking five (5) motivated and reliable General Workers to join a well-established aluminium manufacturing company in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn practical technical skills in a growing industry.

The successful candidates will provide on-site support, assist with installations and servicing, and ensure efficient daily operations within the technical and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist with installation, servicing, and maintenance of aluminium products.

– Safely load, offload, and transport materials to and from job sites.

– Provide technical support to site teams during setup and preparation.

– Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition.

– Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines.

– Perform general duties as assigned by supervisors.

– Represent the company professionally at all client sites.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
Valid driver’s licence (essential).
Basic technical knowledge or hands-on mechanical experience is advantageous.
Must be presentable, dependable, and willing to learn.
Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
