Overview

Fidelity Cash Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Teller to join the team at the Worcester branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for counting, verifying, and reconciling clients’ cash in a secure, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Count, verify, and reconcile client cash

– Ensure strict adherence to cash processing procedures

– Operate money-counting machines accurately

– Prepare and pack cash for ATMs

– Follow all operational and security protocols

– Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all tasks

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
Clear criminal record
Computer literate
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cashier or in a similar role
Strong numerical ability
Able to work under pressure
Willing to work overtime when required

Strong verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Alert and focused
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
