Overview

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking energetic, persuasive, and self-driven Store Assistants to join the Rochester team across multiple Gauteng locations. These part-time and fixed-term roles are commission-based, offering weekly earnings for individuals who enjoy selling, engaging with customers, and working independently.

Store Assistant – Randburg (Rochester Northgate)
Store Assistant – Boksburg
Store Assistant (Fixed Term Contract) – Centurion

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct prospecting, outreach, and cold canvassing to generate new sales

– Drive customer attraction and retention through effective merchandising

– Assist customers professionally and deliver a strong customer-centric experience

– Promote products confidently and maintain strong client relationships

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided)
High motivation, resilience, and ability to work independently
Confidence, energy, and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
