About the Role

Pepkor Lifestyle’s Incredible Connection division is hiring Part-Time Store Assistants (x2) to support retail operations in Cape Town and Johannesburg. These positions are ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping people find the right solutions.

As a Store Assistant, you’ll engage with customers, promote products, and help maintain excellent store standards — all while contributing to sales growth and an outstanding in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide exceptional customer service and product advice to all shoppers.

– Assist customers with product selection and promote add-on sales.

– Perform sales activities to meet and exceed daily or weekly targets.

– Handle cash and credit transactions accurately in line with company policy.

– Maintain store presentation, including merchandising and stock displays.

– Ensure a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.

– Represent the Incredible Connection brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
6–12 months’ retail or sales experience preferred (training provided for entry-level).
Passion for technology, electronics, and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Team player with energy, confidence, and initiative.
