About the Role

Key Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
– Process sales and handle all cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Ensure cash-handling procedures are followed and reconciliations are accurate.
– Assist with restocking beverages and general supplies to maintain smooth service.
– Support general food service operations as needed, ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
– Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of cashier or food service experience (canteen, retail, or catering environment).
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Team player who can work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
