We are looking for motivated Shop Assistants to join our passionate retail teams in Morningside and Northridge.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver excellent customer service through professional selling techniques.

– Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

– Identify opportunities to increase turnover and drive sales performance.

– Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards to ensure an inspiring shopping experience.

– Adhere to stock control procedures and minimise stock loss.

– Uphold brand values and create a positive, welcoming environment in store.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
  • Minimum of six (6) months retail experience.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of current fashion and lifestyle trends.
