Key Responsibilities
– Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through strong product knowledge and styling expertise.
– Engage customers confidently and provide an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Vans brand identity.
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining store presentation standards.
– Replenish stock, assist in visual merchandising, and contribute to a vibrant and dynamic store atmosphere.
– Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, supporting the team in meeting KPIs.
– Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Vans products, collections, and brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience (preferably in fashion or footwear).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
- Passion for the Vans brand, youth culture, and streetwear trends.
- Availability to work weekends and retail trading holidays.
- Matric or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
