Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist customers in-store, creating memorable Apple experiences.
– Demonstrate and explain Apple products and accessories with confidence and accuracy.
– Maximise sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
– Maintain high visual merchandising standards and an organised store layout.
– Handle transactions accurately using the storeโs POS system.
– Stay updated on product launches, services, and promotions.
– Support the store team in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Strong interest in Apple products and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
